Industry-leading pay is within reach.
Industry-leading pay is within reach.
The more you work, the more you keep.
Tandem is a new teledildonic cam platform built around The Handy, the teledong and other synced toys. It's possible to reach the highest pay in the industry here: performers can keep up to 81% of the profit. You get there by showing up and putting in the work.
- Up to 81%Possible for founding performers
- +10Points on every tier, for life
- 6Tiers. Pay rises with your billable hours
- EveryViewer in a group sync show pays
Pay
Six tiers. One rule: work more, keep more.
Your pay is based strictly on your performance and effort. No favorites, no studio politics, no guessing. Your tier is set by your billable hours over the last 30 days: paid private shows, group sync shows and glory hole booths, counted from the moment you press Start.
Percentages are a share of profit: what viewers pay, minus payment processing. Your tier's cut applies to everything you earn, including tips. Free public room time doesn't count toward your tier.
Group sync shows
One show. Every viewer pays. Same work, multiplied pay.
In a multi-person teledildonic session, you charge everyone in the room. While you ride your teledong, your Handy rhythm syncs to every viewer's device at once. It's the same work as a private show, but one performance earns from the whole room instead of one person.
- You set the per-minute rate and the room size
- The clock only starts when you press Start, and free viewers are removed
- Every paid minute counts toward your next tier

Founding members
+10 points on every tier. For life.
The first 100 verified performers lock in a 10-point bonus on every tier, for as long as they stay active. A founding Rising performer keeps 60% from day one, and a founding Legend keeps 81%. Stay active by doing at least one paid show every 60 days.
